Execution ordered when causes for suspension cease.

546.820. Whenever the governor shall be satisfied that thecause of such suspension no longer exists, he shall issue hiswarrant, appointing a day for the execution of such convict,pursuant to her sentence; or he may, at his discretion, commuteher punishment to imprisonment in the penitentiary for life.
