Names of witnesses certified.

550.150. The clerk shall attach to each fee bill a certifiedcopy of the names of all witnesses endorsed on the indictment orinformation and all orders of the prosecuting attorney andaffidavits of the prosecutor as provided for in section 545.320,RSMo, and no costs shall be paid any state witness not therein.
