550.200. The original fee bill, signed by the judge and prosecutingattorney, shall be sent by the clerk to the director of the department ofcorrections or county commission, as the case may be, and the clerk shallmake out, under his hand and seal, a true and certified copy of the same,which shall be carefully preserved by the clerk in his office, and shall beprima facie evidence of the facts therein stated.
