Certain fees deemed criminal costs.

550.280. All fees due witnesses before the grand jury, andall fees due jurors in any criminal case, and all fees accruingin any inquest case where the verdict of the jury is that thedeceased came to death by other than unavoidable accident ornatural causes, shall be deemed criminal costs, and shall be paidin like manner and shall be subject to all the offsets hereinprovided for.
