Dogs pursuing live animal propelled by device, causing, penalty.

578.027. 1. No person shall tie or attach or fasten anylive animal to any machine or device propelled by any power forthe purpose of causing such animal to be pursued by a dog ordogs.

2. Any person violating this section is guilty of a class Amisdemeanor.
