Duplicate certificates--one to governor.

30.100. If the general assembly shall not be in session whensuch settlement is made, the persons appointed by the governor tomake such settlement shall make out duplicate certificates ofsuch settlement, showing what is required to be shown in theprovisions of section 30.090, one of which shall be delivered tothe person entitled thereto, and the other to the governor, to belaid before the general assembly at its next session.
