Certificate--action of general assembly.

30.110. When the certificate mentioned in section 30.100shall be laid before the general assembly, if it approve thesame, it shall cause the proper entries to be made in the booksof the state treasurer, and if it disapprove thereof, it shallcause another settlement to be made.
