Blank forms for clerks of courts and county officers.

30.220. It shall be the duty of the state treasurer, in allcases when he may deem it necessary so to do, to make out blankforms for such returns and reports as are required by law to bemade to his office by clerks of courts and other county officers,and transmit the same to such officers, and when necessary, shallaccompany the same with directions; and such officer shall makehis returns and reports in conformity to such forms anddirections.
