Failure to report--penalty.

30.380. If the state treasurer shall fail to make anyreport as required by law, he shall forfeit and pay to the statethe sum of five hundred dollars for every such failure, to berecovered by civil action, and it shall be the duty of theattorney general to bring such action whenever he shall beinformed that such officer failed to comply with suchprovisions.
