Failure of depositary to make proper statement--penalty.

30.390. Should any depositary fail to make a statement inmanner and at the time required by law, or should such statementbe false, such depositary shall forfeit one thousand dollars tothe state, for the benefit of the state school fund, to becollected as other fines and forfeitures are collected by law.
