Certificate of settlement to persons entitled thereto.

30.090. If the general assembly shall be in session whensuch settlement is made, it shall cause to be made out anddelivered to the person entitled thereto a certificate of suchsettlement, showing the balance of moneys, securities and effectsfor which he is accountable, and what has been delivered to hissuccessor.
