Fiscal year defined--reports to general assembly.

33.110. The fiscal year of the state shall commence on Julyfirst and terminate on June thirtieth following, and the books,accounts and reports of the public officers shall be made toconform thereto; and all reports required by law to be made tothe general assembly shall be made during the first twenty daysafter the meeting of the general assembly.
