Penalty for certification of unauthorized claims.

33.200. If the commissioner of administration knowinglycertifies any claims or accounts for payment, not authorized bylaw, he shall, upon conviction, be punished by imprisonment inthe penitentiary for not less than two years nor more than fiveyears.
