Endorsement of duplicate bonds.

33.420. Said duplicate bonds or coupons shall be endorsed,when registered, and before the delivery, as follows:

This duplicate bond (or coupon) is issued in the place of theoriginal bond (or coupon) of like number and amount, proved to belost or destroyed.
