Fiscal agent to furnish commissioners copy of account between bank andfund commissioners.

33.470. The board of fund commissioners shall require thebank selected as state's fiscal agent to transmit to them, withinthirty days after payment of any installment of interest orbonds, an exact copy of the account between the bank and the fundcommissioners, with an abstract of the coupons or bonds taken upby the bank, and the coupons or bonds. The abstract and couponsor bonds shall be carefully compared by the fund commissioners,and if correct, the fund commissioners shall certify to thefiscal agent the correctness of the abstract, and credit thefiscal agent with the amount of bonds or coupons paid, as shownby the abstract.
