Deposits may be withdrawn.

33.520. If at any time the board of fund commissioners shallbe of the opinion that the safety of state moneys requiresimmediate withdrawal from state depositary, or the state's fiscalagent, they shall direct such withdrawal to be made, and thestate treasurer shall forthwith obey such order.
