Principal in actions defined.

40.237. Any person subject to sections 40.005 to 40.490 is a"principal" who:

(1) Commits an offense punishable by sections 40.005 to40.490, or aids, abets, counsels, commands, or procures itscommission; or

(2) Causes an act to be done which if directly performed bythe person would be punishable by sections 40.005 to 40.490.
