Absent from place of duty--court-martial.

40.276. Any person subject to sections 40.005 to 40.490shall be punished as a court-martial may direct who, withoutauthority:

(1) Fails to go to the person's appointed place of duty atthe time prescribed;

(2) Goes from that place; or

(3) Absents himself or remains absent from the person'sunit, organization, or place of duty at which he is required tobe at the time prescribed.
