Reserve forces--organization, discipline, government.

41.110. The organization, discipline and government of thereserve forces and the rights and benefits of the members thereofshall be the same as prescribed by this act for the organizedreserve forces and for the national guard and air national guardwith such general exceptions as the governor, upon therecommendation of the military council, shall authorize.
