41.320. In addition to retirement as provided in section41.310, an officer may be separated from the service by reason ofdeath, resignation, discharge for inefficiency, discharge forphysical disqualification, absence without leave, dismissal bysentence of a general court-martial or withdrawal of federalrecognition.
