41.340. The commission of an officer shall be vacated onlyby death, by acceptance by proper authority of resignation bydischarge on account of inefficiency, for physicaldisqualification, when dropped from the rolls for an absencewithout leave for thirty days, by dismissal pursuant to sentenceof a general court-martial or withdrawal of federal recognition.
