Surveying of county lines.

46.015. When it shall appear to the satisfaction of anycounty commission that the boundaries of such county are notsufficiently ascertained, the county commission shall issue anorder to the county surveyor, requiring him to ascertain, surveyand mark such part thereof as they may designate; and a day shallbe named by the commission for the commencement of such survey.
