Sale of commons--ordinances authorized.

71.110. The trustees, or body corporate, of said city, townor village, is hereby given full power and authority to pass anylaws, bylaws, ordinance or other necessary provisions regulatingand effecting the sale of said commons, or to perform, or causeto be performed, all acts that are, or may become, necessary tocarry into full effect the sale of said commons by said city,town or village.
