Annexation, provision of cable television services.

71.527. Where a city annexes property which, prior to theannexation, was provided cable television services by any otherparty, such city or any person granted a franchise from the cityto provide such services shall not prevent parties providing suchservices in the annexed area prior to the annexation fromoperating in the annexed area.
