Order to change name.

71.060. At the time fixed in the notice provided for insection 71.050, or if, from any cause, action thereon is nottaken, such petition praying for change of name shall be, withall remonstrances, heard at any subsequent meeting of suchcorporate authorities; and when said authorities have heard suchpetitions and remonstrances, and are satisfied such change ofname is necessary or proper, they shall thereupon make an orderchanging the name of such city, town or village, and adopting thename prayed for in such petition.
