Change not to affect rights accrued.
71.080. Nothing in sections 71.020 to 71.080 shall affectthe rights or privileges of such city, town or village, or thoseof any person, as the same existed before such change of name.And all proceedings pending in any court or place, in favor of oragainst said city, town or village, may be continued to finalconsummation under the name in which the same was commenced.
