Council to publish semiannual statements.

77.110. The council shall publish a full and detailedstatement of the receipts and expenditures and indebtedness ofthe city at the end of each fiscal year and six months after theend of each fiscal year in a newspaper of general circulation inthe city. Each such statement shall be for the six-month periodpreceding the date of the statement.
