Election may be ordered, how, when.

77.050. If at any time, by reason of nonacceptance,resignation, refusal to qualify, or for any other cause, thereshall be no officers of the city to order an election, anyassociate circuit judge or commissioner of the county commissionof the county is empowered to order an election for cityofficers.
