Collector to make annual report.

79.310. The collector shall, annually, at such times as maybe designated by ordinance, make a detailed report to the boardof aldermen, stating the various moneys collected by him duringthe year, and the amounts uncollected and the names of thepersons from which he failed to collect and the causes therefor.
