Officers to report receipts and expenditures.

79.340. It shall be the duty of all the officers of the cityto report annually to the board of aldermen, such reports toembrace a full statement of the receipts and expenditures oftheir respective offices, and such other matters as may berequired by the board of aldermen, by ordinance, resolution orotherwise.
