Trustee, duties.

79.520. The trustee shall have power to prosecute and defendto final judgment all suits instituted by or against thecorporation, collect all moneys due the same, liquidate alllawful demands against the same, and for that purpose shall sellany property belonging to such corporation, or so much thereof asmay be necessary, and generally to do all acts requisite to bringto a speedy close all the affairs of the corporation.
