Trustee may employ counsel--report to county commission.

79.530. Such trustee shall employ counsel whenever necessaryin the discharge of his duties, and shall make report of hisproceedings to the county commission at each regular termthereof, and such trustee shall receive for his services suchcompensation as the commission shall think reasonable.
