Marshal and policemen--removal.

80.420. The policemen of the town, in the discharge of theirduties, shall be subject to the orders of the marshal only aschief of police; but any marshal, assistant marshal or policemanmay be instantly removed from his office by the board of trusteesat a regular or called meeting, for any wanton neglect of duty.
