Trustees--qualifications.

80.050. No person shall be a trustee who has not attainedthe age of twenty-one years; who is not a citizen of the UnitedStates; who is not an inhabitant of the town at the time of hiselection, and has not resided therein for one whole year nextpreceding the time of his election.
