Trustee in disincorporation--duties on conclusion of trust.
80.650. When the trustee shall have closed the affairs ofthe corporation, he shall pay over to the county commission allmoneys remaining in his hands, and deliver to the clerk of suchcommission all books, papers, records and deeds belonging to thedissolved corporation.
