Trustees--quorum.

80.070. At all meetings of the board, a majority of thetrustees shall constitute a quorum to do business; a smallernumber may adjourn from day to day, and may compel the attendanceof absent members in such manner and under such penalties as theboard of trustees previously, by ordinance, may have prescribed.
