Redistricting ordinance to be published.

82.120. Before such ordinance shall be passed, the sameshall be published for at least three weeks in at least one dailynewspaper published in such city, to be designated by thelawmaking authorities of such city, but the failure to make suchpublication shall in no way affect the validity of suchordinance.
