Attestation of ordinances--evidence, when.

82.200. All ordinances, resolutions and proceedings of suchcity may be approved by its corporate seal, attested by theofficer having charge thereof, and when printed and published byauthority of such city, the same shall be received in evidence inall courts and places without further proof.
