82.320. The words "license" and "license tax", used insections 82.310 to 82.410 shall include licenses for all purposesauthorized or required by law or ordinance, and also the tax ontelegraph and telephone poles, the dog tax, the merchants' advalorem tax, the vehicle license tax and the special tax onforeign insurance companies, and excepting always dramshop, waterand boat or wharfage licenses.
