List of licenses to be maintained.

82.350. It shall be the duty of the license collector tokeep a complete list of all persons, firms, associations andcorporations who are required by law, or ordinance, to obtain alicense, or pay a license tax, and collect all information whichmay be necessary for the proper assessing, levying and issuing oflicenses and license taxes. Such lists and information shall bekept in proper books in the office of the license collector andat all times be kept up to date, as complete and correct aspossible.
