Collector to make weekly payments to city treasurer--duty oftreasurer.

82.400. The said license collector shall, on Monday of eachweek, pay to the treasurer of such city all moneys received byhim for licenses and license tax; said treasurer shall issueduplicate receipts therefor, one of which he shall deliver to thelicense collector, the other to the auditor of such city.
