Streetcar gates, passengers, regulation.

82.460. Any city having a population of three hundredthousand or more shall have the exclusive right to regulate theuse of gates on streetcars operated in said city, and shall havethe exclusive right to regulate passengers in getting on or offsaid streetcars.
