Funeral expenses.

87.470. Whenever an active or retired fireman shall die, asaforesaid, the board of trustees may appropriate a sum notexceeding two hundred dollars for funeral expenses, to be paidout of the pension fund and may expend a sum not exceeding fiftydollars, to be drawn from the pension fund, for the expenses ofthe attendance of the firemen at said funeral.
