87.075. It shall be the duty of the officer or officers ofsuch city, village or incorporated town as are designated by lawto draw warrants on the treasurer of such city, village orincorporated town, upon request, in writing, by said board oftrustees, to draw warrants on the treasurer of such city, villageor incorporated town, payable to the treasurer of said board oftrustees, for all funds belonging to said pension fund, asaforesaid.
