Funeral expenses to be paid.

87.095. Whenever an active or retired fireman shall die, asaforesaid, the board of trustees shall appropriate from the funda sum not exceeding one hundred and fifty dollars to the widow orfamily for funeral expenses. In cities not within a county thepayment for funeral expenses shall be two thousand dollars, andshall be paid solely from moneys within the pension fund.
