Condemnation of sidewalks (fourth class cities).

88.713. In addition to the powers herein granted, the boardof aldermen may, by ordinance or resolution, condemn wooden anddefective sidewalks, and may remove walks so condemned, and mayprovide for the construction of new sidewalks in the place ofwalks so condemned and removed.
