Park lands--condemnation.

90.020. The common council or mayor and board of aldermen,in proceedings by ordinance to purchase or condemn lands for thepurpose stated in section 90.010, shall proceed in the mannerprovided by law, or in the manner provided in the charter of suchcity for the condemnation of lands for the establishment ofstreets, avenues, alleys or market places, or public squares; andon such condemnation and the payment of the appraisement astherein provided, the title of such land shall vest in such cityfor the uses and purposes for which it was taken.
