Rates to be fixed by board.

91.540. The assessment and collection of rates for water,electric power, electric light, gas, or for the product orservice of any other plant or works which any such city, town orvillage may own or operate, shall be under the control andsupervision of the board of public works, when such board hasbeen established as herein provided, subject to the ordinances ofsuch city, town or village.
