Provisions of sections 95.115 to 95.155, scope of.

95.160. The provisions of sections 95.115 to 95.155 shallapply to all cities, towns and villages in this state, whetherorganized by special charter or under the general laws of thestate, any provision in any special charter of any city, town orvillage in the state to the contrary notwithstanding.
