Bonds not to be registered with state auditor.

95.340. No bonds issued under the provisions of sections95.320, 95.325, 95.330 and 95.335 shall be required to bepresented to the state auditor, or registered by him, nor shallany of the provisions in respect of the issue thereof be requiredto be examined or certified by him or by any other person orofficer, except as shall be provided by the city council.
